Join the PIP Listserv to share your experiences, ideas, and insights regarding the Project Approach with others who have attended the Great Expectations or Projects in Practice trainings. Members share successes and help each other problem-solve. We welcome teachers at all levels of expertise, from first-time implementers to those who have successfully implemented multiple projects.
Addition of the Project Approach to the early childhood curriculum can help prekindergarten teachers motivate, assess, and teach diverse groups of young learners. Great Expectations and Projects in Practice trainings provide teachers from state-fund early childhood programs with free introductory training in the Project Approach by Lilian Katz and Sallee Beneke. Teachers, administrators, and paraprofessionals are encouraged to attend as a team. CPDUs are provided.
